A New Generation of Fire safety

As our communities grow and more high-rise buildings are constructed, it is essential we address safety concerns. New materials and technologies are required to ensure modern constructions comply with new fire safety regulations and are durable enough to serve the building throughout its lifespan. It is imperative that the building’s fire protection materials permit the safe evacuation of high volumes of residents or employees.

To ensure modern constructions meet fire-safety certification, the appropriate materials must be used. Würth is proud to be a supplier of a revolutionary flame-resistant membrane for use in façade construction and behind cladding.

Who is Stamisol and Serge Ferrari?

Stamisol façade membranes are made in Eglisau Switzerland, and the base polyester fibres for the mesh are made in Switzerland by Serge Ferrari’s subsidiary Tersuisse.

Serge Ferrari is one of the leading manufacturers of high-quality façade and roof membranes for highly complex construction and architectural projects.

Serge Ferrari is the industry’s only company with its own recycling process.
