It is with great pleasure that we announce that Würth UK Ltd has been granted full membership of the Construction Fixings Association
The Construction Fixings Association itself was established in 1979 and is a Trade Association comprising major manufacturers of construction fixings with a significant UK presence. It is a Company Limited by Guarantee i.e. it is non-profit making and distributes no dividend.
The objective of the CFA is to raise industry standards to the highest level of quality and safety in the selection and installation of safety critical fixings.
This objective we strive to achieve by working with influential bodies on a National, European and International level.
Members of the CFA specialise in all categories of drilled construction fixings and anchor bolts. The association provides advice on all aspects of the use of fixings including:
- Selection of anchors
- Installation of anchors
- On-site testing of anchors
- Guidance Notes and Articles
